Annual Golf Tournament 2017
The Foundation sponsors an annual golf tournament. It's an opportunity to enjoy time outdoors with friends and spoil a good walk with a game of golf - just kidding! And you'll help raise needed funds to support the Foundation's work.
The pictures just above are from the 2016 tournament.
Here are the details on the 2017 tournament!
When: June 26, 2017
Where: Crystal Lake Golf Club, Lakeville (click here for map)
Registration & Practice Range - 10:00 a.m.
Shotgun Start - 12:15 p.m.
Social Hour - 5:00 p.m.
Dinner & Awards - 6:00 p.m.
You can simply play in the golf tournament - the entry fee includes golf with cart, range balls, buffet dinner, a goody bag, golf prizes, field event prizes, live auction, silent auction, a raffle and much more. For the non-golfers, there is an option to just come for the buffet dinner.
You or your company also have the opportunity to sponsor a hole for the tournament, at several different levels. Some levels of sponsorship include free entry into the golf tournament.
If you are unable to make up a foursome, register those you have and we’ll create a foursome for you.
You don't have to be a golfer to participate!
Join us for dinner, raffle and silent auction following the tournament. (Golfers - treat your spouses to a night out. They can join us for dinner)
We offer two means to register - by mail and online.
To register just to play, click here to get a registration form.
To register as a hole sponsor, click here for a hole-sponsor form.
In either case, you can print out, complete, and mail in the form with your payment. The instructions on are the form.

Note that when you register online, you will be taken to a website which is external, but linked, to the Foundation website. There you will be able to select the appropriate options. Soon afterward, you will receive two emails: one confirming your registration and a second confirming your payment.
