When the Project is Completed –
Grant Final Report
When the project is completed you must complete a grant report. The report helps the Foundation evaluate the effectiveness of its funding and shows donors the results of your work and their generosity. To write a grant report click here to download the template and answer the questions. Please provide pictures of the students involved in the project and examples of the work or activity.
Please complete the grant report by the end of the school year or by September 1 at the start of the next school year. If your project and grant overlap into the next school year, complete the grant report by December 31. Email or mail the completed report to the Foundation.
If you do not complete a grant report you will not be eligible for future grants from the Foundation.
